Vincent John Tucci has personally tried close to 100 DUI jury trials. The great majority of those jury trials had a successful outcome for the client in all Southern California courts, with an emphasis in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino County. Mr. Tucci has represented citizens against the DMV in excess of 2000 times. He is student certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests in accordance with the standards of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Mr. Tucci has also been certified in the administration, calibration, and maintenance of the Intoximeter Alco-Sensor IV Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device – the breath test device used at the scene of your arrest. Mr. Tucci graduated with two Bachelor’s Degrees from the California State University at Fullerton and his J.D. from Whittier College of Law. He is currently on the faculty both in Los Angeles and Orange County for the Loriman Seminar Group, teaching other lawyers how to represent their clients when faced with a driving under the influence charge. Mr. Tucci is also a frequent speaker for the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice at their annual DUI seminar.
