Alex Borden represents individuals who reside throughout the world with all aspects of decedent’s estates and trusts, including simple or complex administration and litigation concerning Will Contests, Trust Contests, Inheritance Disputes, Trust Property Rights, Asset Recovery, Entitlement Proceedings, Breach of Fiduciary Duty Claims, and Elder Abuse. Mr. Borden graduated from University of Colorado in 1991 and Loyola Law School in 1995. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995 and has been a practicing attorney ever since. Mr. Borden has also acted as personal representative and Trustee in more than 250 matters before numerous counties in the State of California. Mr. Borden has authored various CEB Chapters more than 15 years; has served as Court appointed counsel; and has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Trusts and Estate Section.
