Charles Godfrey Miller

Charles Miller is a full-time arbitrator and mediator. His arbitrations are mainly through the American Arbitration Association, and mediations are largely through the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, where he is on the mediation panel. Mr. Miller is also a Discovery Facilitator with the Marin County Superior Court. Mr. Miller received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his law degree from Berkeley Law (formerly Boalt Hall). He was a commercial litigator before focusing on ADR. Mr. Miller has spoken at numerous franchise legal meetings and written many articles focusing on franchising.
