Thomas Eben Ladegaard

Thomas Ladegaard is a business attorney practicing litigation and transactional law since 2003. His practice is split equally between litigation and transactions, so he is well versed in both worlds. Mr. Ladegaard taught several business legal workshops and appeared in many panels and podcasts, with an emphasis on intellectual property.
Mr. Ladegaard graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003, and has practiced civil litigation throughout the County of San Diego and the State of California. He formed his own practice, Law Office of Thomas E. Ladegaard, APC, in 2017.
Mr. Ladegaard has taught several workshops about legal concepts for veteran and business organizations since 2017. He taught an insurance coverage workshop for the San Diego County Bar Association, and a workshop on running a trademark practice for CEB in 2023.
