With over 20 years experience as a real estate agent and broker, as well as serving as a broker of record, general manager, managing broker, and Department of Real Estate designated division manager, Spencer Krull brings a depth of knowledge to his consulting and expert practice centering on Brokerage and Agent Standard of Practice, Standard of Care. He has have spent the bulk of my career in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills and was the general manager of Westside Estate Agency, an ultra-luxury brokerage known for its transactions in the $75 million dollar and up range. Though he does not testify in these states, Mr. Krull is also licensed in Washington, Colorado, Nevada, and Texas.
