Soyeun D. Choi

Soyeun Choi’s practice focuses on business and intellectual property law for global clients operating across a range of industries. She counsels clients through growth, development, and change.

Ms. Choi served as the California Lawyers Association’s (CLA) Business Law Section (BLS) Chair from 2020 to 2021. She also served as the BLS Diversity Initiative Chair. Through the Diversity Initiative, BLS schedules attorney visits to colleges and law schools, a service Ms. Choi transitioned online during the pandemic and continues to support. She earned her BA from University of California, Santa Cruz and received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.

Ms. Choi serves as the General Counsel for the Asian Business League. She also spends time learning how to administer the Palo Alto Area Bar Association Fee Arbitration program; fostering rescue dogs through Pets in Need; and volunteering for Hiller Aviation Museum annual run committee.
