Scott Fraser

Scott A. Fraser is a Shareholder at CRIST | BIORN | SHEPHERD | ROSKOPH APC. He is a contributor to California Estate Planning, Drafting California Revocable Trusts, and California Will Drafting. Mr. Fraser's practice encompasses trust and estate litigation, as well as estate planning and administration.

Mr. Fraser attended Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was a Research Editor on the Santa Clara Law Review. He has experience in all aspects of trust and estate matters, from complex wealth transfer strategies and tax planning, to all phases of litigation and trial. Mr. Fraser's experience also includes the preparation of estate & gift tax returns and defense of same on audit.

In addition to his contributions to CEB, Mr. Fraser has also authored articles in “California Trusts and Estates Quarterly,” on collection of surcharge orders (vol. 26:2), and “eDiscovery in trust and estate litigation,” (vol. 27:2&27:3). He is also a frequent speaker for continuing education programs, including the Kasner Symposium, California Lawyers Association, and local bar associations.
