Sarah Abraham

Sarah Abraham is an associate attorney at The Jhaveri-Weeks Law Firm P.C., where she focuses on employment litigation. She represents employees in a range of matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour class action cases.

Ms. Abraham received her BA in 2013 from the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D. in 2017 from Harvard Law School.

Ms. Abraham has been a guest lecturer at the Legal Aid at Work Workers’ Rights Clinic at University of California, Hastings College of Law. She has published articles in Plaintiff Magazine and the Daily Journal. Ms. Abraham serves as a volunteer supervising attorney for the Santa Clara University School of Law’s Worker’s Rights Clinic and the Legal Aid at Work Workers’ Rights Clinic.
