Rinat B. Klier Erlich

Rinat Klier Erlich is a professional liability defense attorney specializing in defending licensed professionals in litigation. She is also a legal malpractice specialist. In 2021, Ms. Erlich founded the law firm of Zelms Erlich & Mack. In addition to professional liability, her law firm handles employment cases, general liability, and business litigation.

Ms. Erlich has been litigating cases in state and federal courts through trials and appeals for over 26 years. Before founding the Zelms Erlich & Mack law firm, she co-managed the professional liability group at a mid-side national law firm, where she practiced for 21 years. Ms. Erlich is a former officer of the Israeli Defense Forces, has a BA from Tel Aviv University, and a masters degree from California State University, Los Angeles. She earned her law degree from Whittier College, magna cum laude.

Ms. Erlich is an author and lecturer on professional liability topics. She is a member of many professional organizations, including Professional Liability Underwriters Society, Claims Litigation Management Alliance, a former board member of the California Lawyers Association, and a member of the Real Property Executive Committee. Ms. Erlich is also a member of the California Association of Realtors legal forum, and a delegate of the American Bar Association House of Delegates.
