Randy H. Pollak

Randy Pollak is the Director, California Attorney, for WCF Insurance. He is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law by the California State Bar, Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Pollak is the former Managing Editor of the Workers' Compensation Quarterly, which is the official legal publication of the California Lawyers Association.

Mr. Pollak was the former Managing Partner, Practice Leader at Wintersteen | Casarez Law Corp. Before that, he was the Managing Attorney for Pacific Compensation/CopperPoint Insurance Company. Mr. Pollak is a graduate of Loyola Law School and University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Pollak is the 2016 recipient of the Young Attorney of the Year Award from the California State Bar, Workers' Compensation Section's Executive Committee. He is a frequent author for the Workers' Compensation Quarterly and the Workers' Compensation E-news. Mr. Pollak is also a frequent speaker, having presented for CWCI, CCWC, IEA, Work Comp Central, CLA, Work Comp Forum, Legal Talk Network, Cal Chamber, WCR Conference, and various local bar associations and chambers of commerce.
