Rachel Rosenfeld

Rachel Rosenfeld focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probates, and inheritance disputes. She also represents clients in all aspects of conservatorship cases, including limited conservatorships, as well as trust and estate litigation. Ms. Rosenfeld’s favorite part of her job is working proactively with her clients and empowering them to make informed, yet sometimes tough, decisions. Her office is in the Bay Area but takes cases in other counties as well.

Ms. Rosenfeld has worked in private practice doing probate law since 2017. Prior to working in probate law, she worked at a large and well-known financial institution handling joint tenant and trust disputes on behalf of the company. There, Ms. Rosenfeld managed a team of individuals who responded to third party actions. She also has experience in general civil litigation and family law.

Ms. Rosenfeld is the current President of Northern California's chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She also is Treasurer of East Bay Trust and Estate Lawyers. Ms. Rosenfeld enjoys speaking engagements and has presented on topics such as elder abuse and cross jurisdictional conservatorships in front of local and national organizations, including the American Bar Association.
