Rachel A. Dodson

Rachel Dodson’s practice advises clients on all aspects of estate planning, with a focus on practical planning and administration. Their work primarily consists of preparing estate plans, administering trusts, and probating estates. The clients they serve have a range of needs, from simple estate plans to more complex planning for larger estates, distinct family circumstances, and complicated distributions.

Ms. Dodson earned her J.D. and MPA from the University of Washington, and BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been practicing solely in the area of estate planning since 2014.

Ms. Dodson has been selected as a "Rising Star" for Super Lawyers each year since 2015. She is a board member for EBTEL, and volunteers for the VLSC Community Legal Assistance Saturday Program.
