Patrick “Kit” Bobko has been litigating and winning complex civil and business disputes in both state and federal courts for the past 20 years. He has been called into handle high-stakes cases for small businesses, local government agencies, and large corporations. Mr. Bobko’s practice focuses on commercial and business litigation; municipal and administrative law; property disputes; and land-use.
Mr. Bobko is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and the George Washington University Law School. He also holds a master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of South Carolina.
Mr. Bobko was honored to serve two terms as a councilmember and Mayor of Hermosa Beach, California, where he was involved in all aspects of municipal government. He served as the city attorney for the city of Buena Park in Orange County, California, and currently serves as general counsel for the Orange County Countywide Oversight Board.
