Orit Gadish

Orit Gadish has been the broker, owner, and president at Geffen Real Estate since 2006. Her brokerage specializes in probate, trust, conservatorship, and receivership real estate sales, both residential and commercial. Property management and leasing services are also available at Geffen Real Estate. Ms. Gadish oversees a team of 32 agents located throughout the state of California and has handled over 1,450 transactions.

Prior to launching her brokerage, Ms. Gadish served as the first vice president of internet channel management at Countrywide Financial. She served as their vice president of strategic business development prior to that. Ms. Gadish also worked as an executive in the software consulting industry and began her career as a software engineer. She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and holds degrees in Political Science and Computer Science.

Ms. Gadish is the author of four books available on Amazon, including "The Practitioner's Handbook for Probate Real Estate," and "Introduction to Real Estate Sales for Fiduciaries.” She is the CEB update author of the “California Decedent Estate Practice,” Chapter 18: “Sales of Estate Property.” Ms. Gadish is currently working with Judge Glen Reiser (retired) on a proposal to expand and refine the California Rules of Court related to real estate sales conducted in probate court.
