Natalie Jay's practice involves running real estate and business deals. She has represented lenders, developers, investors, property management companies, landlords, tenants, and other business owners in entity formation, negotiation, drafting, financing, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of medical facilities, hotels, shopping centers, and other commercial and multi-family residential real estate.
Ms. Jay received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and BA in History from Princeton University. After law school, she clerked for the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and worked in the front office of the Brooklyn Nets.
