Michael Singer

Michael Singer has been practicing employment law for over 25 years and has been co-lead counsel on several seminal wage and hour cases, including Brinker v Superior Court, Vaquero v Stoneledge Furniture, and Dilts v Penske Logistics. He is currently a mediator with The Mediation Collaborative.

Mr. Singer is a 1984 University of California College of the Law graduate; a partner at Cohelan Khoury & Singer in San Diego for over 25 years; and a mediator with The Mediation Collaborative.

Mr. Singer has presented continuing education courses on employment, consumer and class action issues in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Sacramento. He is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Attorneys.
