Michael Samuel Ogul

Michael Ogul presently represents clients on direct appeal and consults with defense counsel in their representation of clients in death penalty and other murder cases.

Mr. Ogul retired from 40 years of service as a public defender at the county level, where he specialized in trying death penalty and other murder cases.

Mr. Ogul has published over 200 articles on various criminal defense topics, primarily homicide and capital defense. He has also delivered a similar number of presentations.
