Martin Lee Fineman

Martin Fineman has tried numerous cases for 40 years before judges, juries, and arbitrators in the areas of telecommunications, securities, intellectual property, contract, corporate, and international law. He has argued appeals to the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and California Courts of Appeal.

Mr. Fineman has a BS degree in Business Administration, a MBA in Business Administration, and J.D. degree, all from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Fineman has authored or co-authored books for CEB on litigation under RICO, the Unfair Competition Law, the False Advertising Law, and the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, and civil discovery, and articles on jury questionnaires and focus groups. He has also lectured for CEB on RICO litigation.
