Mark Neubauer is a trial lawyer with a wide range of experience, including business litigation, employment, consumer class actions, trademark, real property litigation, securities insurance coverage, and unfair competition.
Mr. Neubauer graduated from Northwestern University with BSJ and MSJ, and the University of California, Los Angeles Law School with a J.D. He has over 40 years as a trial lawyer in state and federal court. Mr. Neubauer is a former newspaper reporter for Miami Herald and Knight-Ridder Washington Bureau.
Mr. Neubauer is a former editor in chief of the ABA Litigation Journal. He is a past chair California State Bar Litigation Section; past chair Association of Business Trial Lawyers; and past Ass't Vice-President Los Angeles County Bar. Mr. Neubauer is the author of over 30 articles on trial practice. He was named by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top 100 Lawyers in Los Angeles and one of the 500 Most Influential People in Los Angeles.
