Kirk Alan Pasich

Kirk Pasich is the co-leader of McGuireWoods LLP's international Insurance Recovery Practice. He represents insureds in disputes with insurers and insurance brokers and agents. Mr. Pasich has an active litigation practice, with more than 30 trials, more than 50 arbitrations (including arbitrations in Bermuda and England), and more than 80 appellate arguments.

Kirk Pasich is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and Loyola Law School. He has practiced in the insurance recovery arena for more than 40 years.

Kirk Pasich is the author of more than 500 articles (most addressing insurance issues) and the author, contributing author, and/or editor of five books, including books for the ABA, CCH, LEXIS, Matthew Bender, and West's.
