Kevin Pasternak

Kevin Pasternak is a corporate transactional attorney specializing in venture financing via debt and equity, as well as mergers and acquisitions on both buy and sell sides, entity formation of corporations, LLCs, and special purpose vehicles. He was formerly outside general counsel at boutique law firm, where his practice also included commercial agreements with intellectual property.
