Kerry K. Sakimoto

Kerry Sakimoto is an associate with Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C.'s Los Angeles office, where he represents hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other providers across a wide range of business transactional and regulatory compliance matters. He regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions involving health care providers, emergency medical services, privacy and security compliance, licensing, and certification. Mr. Sakimoto has developed significant experience with the California Office of Health Care Affordability's material change transaction notice requirements, having worked on a large number of filings to date.

Mr. Sakimoto received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he specialized in critical race theory, and his BA from Occidental College.
