Kellan Martz

Kellan Martz is an experienced attorney focusing on real estate; affordable housing finance and development; land use and planning matters; and municipal law for local cities and agencies. He is well versed in advising public officials and city staff on a range of governmental and legal matters, including politically sensitize policy and development issues. Mr. Martz has years of experience with real estate contract drafting and negotiations, finance and grant agreements, and guiding transactions to successful closings. In his spare time, he is a city commissioner for rent and housing matters and volunteers as the president of a local non-profit organization.
