Julia Burt’s practice is devoted to estate planning, trust administration, probate and trust, and probate litigation. As an attorney and a CPA, she is able to effectively and efficiently address the crossover tax and estate planning needs of her clients.
Ms. Burt earned her J.D. from Western State University School of Law in 1999 and her BA from University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1985, major in Accounting. She served as a Professor of wills and trusts for many years at the California Desert Trial Academy College of Law and has been a guest lecturer for various continuing education providers on trust, estate, and probate matters.
Ms. Burt is active in the Coachella Valley. She has been awarded the Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Rating. Ms. Bert has been named a Top Lawyer by Palm Springs Life Magazine every year since 2011. She is a past president of the Tahoe Truckee Bar Association and a member of the Desert Bar Association.
