Jonathan Grossman

Executive Director at Sixth District Appellate Program

Jonathan Grossman has worked at the Sixth District Appellate Program for 25 years, handling dependency, delinquency, and criminal appeals.

Mr. Grossman was a staff attorney at SDAP for 25 years before becoming its Executive Director in July 2024. Prior to joining SDAP, he worked on criminal, dependency, and delinquency cases as a deputy public defender in San Joaquin County.

Mr. Grossman is on the Board of Directors of the California Youth Defender Center (formerly the Pacific Juvenile Defender Center), which provides training and support to juvenile court lawyers in California. He is co-chair of CYDC's Amicus and Litigation Committee.
