Jessica Franke

Maven Oak CPAs (MO) is a woman-owned CPA firm located in Lafayette, California. Previous to launching MO, the Jessica Franke and the other founding members worked together for over 10 years. MO was developed from the notion that CPAs can do more than compliance work. Their team has the skill set to be trusted advisors through the emphasis of building strong relationships within professional organizations. They work closely with clients and their consultants to develop personalized strategies tailored to each client's unique situation and goals. MO’s niche is family office, closely-held business, individual business owners, and trusts & estates.

Ms. Franke’s passion for working with numbers led her to pursue a BS degree in Business with a minor in Mathematics from St. Mary’s College of California. Prior to establishing Maven Oak CPAs, she dedicated nearly 17 years to advancing the trust and estate practice at her previous employer.

Ms. Franke has also volunteered for more than nine years as treasurer for her children’s public school Parent Teacher Associations and Booster Club. She is a member of the CalCPA, AICPA and the Estate Planning Council of the Diablo Valley. Ms. Franke has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and taxation.
