Jerilyn Paik

Jerilyn Paik is certified as a specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization in her primary areas of practice, Estate planning, Probate, and Trust Law. Her current practice includes all phases of probate (representing personal representatives, beneficiaries, and creditors), as well as the preparation of Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and related property agreements. Ms. Paik also handles trust litigation and has a published case by the Third DCA.

Ms. Paik received her J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles and is admitted to all courts, including the US Supreme Court. She was a partner in a larger Sacramento law firm before opening her own firm as a sole proprietor.

Ms. Paik has been a contributing author for CEB and NBI, among other legal providers. She has served on numerous panels for continuing legal education on trusts and probate, and is an invited speaker at law schools. Ms. Paik is a lifetime member of the Sacramento Estate Planning Council; past president of Women Lawyers of Sacramento and recipient of the Frances Newell Carr Achievement Award; CFO of the ABAS Law Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that she formed; and past chair of the Probate section of the Sacramento County Bar Association.
