Jennifer Herlihy

Jennifer Herlihy is a partner at Koller Herlihy LLP. She represents individuals and professional fiduciaries in trust and estate, including financial elder abuse actions, removal and surcharge actions, will and trust contests, accounting disputes, and related civil claims. Ms. Herlihy has significant experience in all stages of disputes, including counseling clients prior to litigation, representing clients at mediation, and through trial.

Ms. Herlihy graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law and obtained her BA from the University of California, Berkeley. After graduating from law school, she worked with a team of Plaintiff’s lawyers and represented more than 40 families in the PG&E San Bruno Fire Cases. Since 2017, Ms. Herlihy has focused her career in the areas of trust and estate litigation.

For the last 12 consecutive years, Ms. Herlihy has been selected to the Super Lawyers® Rising Star list. She has presented to professional groups, including the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers (“EBTEL”), Tri-Valley Estate Planning Council, and Legal Assistance for Seniors, on various topics related to estate and trust litigation and financial elder abuse. Ms. Herlihy also serves as the President of the Tri-Valley Estate Planning Council.
