Jeffrey A. Dennis-Strathmeyer

Jeff Dennis-Strathmeyer’s practice is limited routine estate planning and post-death administration of trusts and estates.

Mr. Dennis-Strathmeyer has practiced trusts and estates law since 1973, when the estate tax exemption amount was $30,000 and the California inheritance tax applied to estates exceeding $5000.

First as an employee and then as a contract worker, Mr. Dennis-Strathmeyer was the Publisher Editor of the CEB Estate Planning and California Probate Reporter for over 20 years. He was an author and the project manager for CEB's "Drafting California Revocable Trusts" and "California Estate Planning." Mr. Dennis-Strathmeyer has been a speaker at numerous estate planning conferences.
