Holly M. Barberi is General Counsel for Vista Sotheby’s International Realty and Chief Legal Officer for its parent company, RLTY, LLC. She has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions and brokerage work. Ms. Barberi’s in-house practice includes real estate transaction disputes, employment issues, professional liability, corporate governance, and business entity transactions.
Ms. Barberi received her J.D. from Houston Law Center in 2000 after spending multiple years as a high school math teacher. She received her BA in History from the University of California, San Diego. Ms. Barberi is also an advisor with the CLA Real Property Law Section (Executive Committee) and a member of California Association of Realtors' Legal Affairs Forum.
Ms. Barberi is an update author for the CEB Real Property Sales Transaction booklet on real estate broker laws and regulations. She has published articles and was a speaker for CLA on various real estate topics.
