Editor Emeritus at Continuing Education of the Bar, Garrett Dailey was the CEO and Publisher of Attorney’s Briefcase, and produced the first Family Law Year in Review over 20 years ago. He is a California Certified Family Law Specialist focusing on appellate issues and consultations, recognized nationally for his significant contributions to the legal field.
Of his many accolades, Garrett has been recognized as a Fellow in the American and International Academies of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Diplomate in the American College of Family Trial Attorneys. Awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the California State Bar Family Law Section, Garrett has also been named one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Northern California numerous times by Super Lawyers and is listed in “The Best Lawyers in America.” Moreover, he is a recipient of the LACBA Brandeis, ACFLS Hall of Fame, and AAML SoCal Family Law Person of the Year awards.
