Gabor Szecsi is a dedicated attorney with a deep understanding of the legal and operating challenges faced by emerging companies in the EC/VC space. He is passionate about corporate finance, partnerships, private placement of securities and fund formation.
Mr. Szecsi holds an LLM degree in International Transactions and Comparative Law, LLM degree in Anglo-Saxon Laws and Legal Translation (English-Hungarian), and holds a J.D. degree. He is a licensed financial advisor with Series 65 and Series 63 licenses, and a certified privacy professional with CIPP/US license. Mr. Szecsi is an Associate at Haynes and Boones LLP. Before joining Haynes and Boone, he worked for the Technology Transfer and Business Incubator Program of the European Space Agency.
Mr. Szecsi has been an update author of CEB’s Chapter 11 and 12 of “California Partnerships” Book and Chapter 6 of “Financing and Protecting CA Businesses.”
