Dustin Peterson’s practice primarily focuses on land use and planning and writ litigation, with extensive experience in various related matters and entitlements including implementation of the Density Bonus law; the Housing Accountability Act (HAA); compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and both state and federal Endangered Species Acts. He helps both private and public clients navigate and resolve diverse environmental, land use, and permitting issues at the federal, state, and local levels. Mr. Peterson often works with developer clients and investors to conduct land use due diligence.
