David Ginn and his firm, GinnLaw, P.C., assist clients in construction and real estate matters, both in transactions and in litigation. Their firm handles construction claims, payment disputes, public works, mechanics liens, stop payment notices, payment bond claims, defective work, partition actions, boundary disputes, and disclosure issues associated with real estate transactions.
Mr. Ginn is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and U.C. San Francisco Law School (formerly known as Hastings College of the Law). He has taught a class on Legal Aspects of the Construction Industry for Diablo Valley College. Mr. Ginn has attended the mediation program at Pepperdine University, and has been an attorney for over 35 years.
