Hon. Clint Feddersen

Judge Clint Feddersen is a Workers' Compensation Judge in Van Nuys, California.

Judge Feddersen is a 1994 graduate of Notre Dame Law School. Before becoming a Workers' Compensation Judge for the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board in 2015, he represented injured workers at Rowen, Gurvey & Win; represented employers and insurers at Shiney & Fargo; and represented both employers and individuals as a sole practitioner.

Judge Feddersen is the 2023 Latino Comp Judge of the Year and received a Workers' Comp Honors Award from the Armenian Bar Association in 2018. Over the past 20 years, he has co-authored or updated several treatises on workers' compensation law, including treatises by Hanna and Rassp and Herlick. Judge Feddersen has also contributed writ denied summaries to California Compensation Cases. He has served as a frequent CLE instructor for more than a dozen organizations throughout the state and online.
