Catherine Young Hagerty

Catherine Hagerty is a commercial finance lawyer whose practice spans all varieties of debt finance, equipment leasing, and structured finance/securitization. She works with a variety of asset classes and industries, including fintech and intellectual property finance.

Ms. Hagerty received her BA from The College of William & Mary and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the state of California.

Ms. Hagerty is the secretary of the Steering Committee of the Opinions Committee of the California Lawyers Association, Business Law Section. She is editor of “Equipment Leasing-Leveraged Leasing,” Sixth Edition, PLI Press.
