Ashley M. Peterson

Ashley M. Peterson is a fourth generation California attorney. She founded the Law Office of Ashley M. Peterson in 2015 and has owned and managed it every since. Ms. Peterson’s firm specializes in real estate transactions, including commercial and residential property purchases and sales, 1031 exchanges, commercial and residential leasing, short term vacation rental regulations, title and due diligence review, easements, and drafting homeowner association documents.

Ms. Peterson graduated from UC San Diego as an undergrad and California Western School of Law for law school.

Ms. Peterson is a frequent speaker for CEB, CLA Real Property Law Section, SDCBA Real Property Law Section, Strafford Seminars, Rossdale CLE, My Law CLE, Beverly Hills Bar, San Diego County Bar, and La Jolla Bar. She was named Rising Star of Super Lawyers every year from 2017 to 2022.
