Ms. Harris is an attorney who is a certified specialist in the areas of Estate, Probate and Trust Law, and is a past Chair of the Estate, Probate and Trust Law Commission of the California Bar Association’s Board of Legal Specialization. She has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Diego Law School, teaching courses in income taxation of trusts and estates and gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax since 1987.
Ms. Harris has written extensively for the California Bar Association’s Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), California Legal Forms published by West Group, and articles (sole author) and treatises (contributing author) for Warren, Gorham & Lamont, and the American Law Institute (ALI).
