Andrew Fausto is a land use and environmental associate in the Los Angeles office of Allen Matkins. He helps public and private clients navigate the complex web of federal, state, and local regulations facing developers in California, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Brown Act, Public Records Act, and myriad of state and local housing laws. In addition to his land use work, Mr. Fausto assists clients with real estate transactional matters.
