Licensed to practice law in Mexico and California, Adrian Martinez represents clients in cross-border and multijurisdictional disputes, including family law controversies and business disputes.
Mr. Martinez obtained his license to practice law in Mexico in 2000, and in California in 2004. He served as a consular officer for the Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego and serves as a legal consultant to this date. Mr. Martinez is a partner at Procopio Cory Hargreaves and Savitch, LLC, and a member of its litigation practice.
Mr. Martinez is regularly invited to speak about cross-border legal issues at conferences and seminars in Mexico and the US. He is a member of several legal domestic and international organizations.
