Philip Daniel Hache

Philip Hache represents clients in California criminal and DUI matters, including misdemeanors and felony charges. Along with having a good understanding of criminal matters and court procedures, he has been trained in forensic toxicology which he puts to good use when handling DUI and other Drug related offenses both in court and DMV proceedings. Mr. Hache also successfully represents clients in Restraining Order hearings and has a great track record of attaining successful results for his clients. He prides himself in dedicated attention to his clients and handling their matters personally.

Mr. Hache received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he received several first honors awards. He opened the Law Office of Philip D. Hache, APC in 2009 and continues offering personal and dedicated representation to his clients.

Along with speaking and educating attorneys on DUI, DMV, and Diversion matters, Mr. Hache was distinguished as the 2023 DUI trial attorney of the year by Private Defenders of California; a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018; a “Super Lawyer” in 2020, 2021, and 2022 by SuperLawyers Magazine; and a “Top Attorney” in 2010 and 2014 by Pasadena Magazine.
