Nicole D. Warmerdam counsels clients regarding a broad range of estate planning and administration matters, including drafting and implementing their estate plans; petitioning the probate court to resolve uncontested issues relating to estates and trusts; and navigating the process of administering estates and trusts after death.
Ms. Warmerdam has dedicated her 18 years of practice to trusts and estates. Prior to opening her own law firm, she worked for several preeminent estate planning firms in Northern California and Southern California that concentrated in both basic and complex estate planning and administration.
Ms. Warmerdam is a California Board Certified Specialist in Trust and Estates, and has been selected from 2020 to 2024 to be on the Northern California Super Lawyers Lists. She is a past president of the Peninsula Estate Planning Council. Ms. Warmerdam is a frequent speaker for various California Estate Planning Councils, CEB, and ProLaw. She has also published a chapter in Wealth Counsel's "Estate Planning Strategies: Collective Wisdom, Proven Techniques" (Second Edition).
