Donald D. Bend

Doug Bend is the founder of Bend Law Group, PC, a boutique law firm focused on advising small businesses and startups. BLG Properties is a real estate firm that helps buyers and sellers in the Bay Area.

Prior to opening Bend Law Group, PC, Mr. Bend was a corporate attorney for a law firm in New York City. He also served as a judicial clerk for the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Superior Court of the US Virgin Islands. Before law school, Mr. Bend was a legislative assistant for US Representative David Price, where he managed a portfolio of issues including tax and small business.

Mr. Bend has been featured in numerous publications, including Forbes, Time, The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, Fox Business, MSN Inc., and VentureBeat.
