Cynthia Flynn

Cynthia Flynn, Esq. is Founder and Managing Partner of Hackler Flynn & Associates, an experienced business and employment defense law firm that is a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). She is dedicated to protecting businesses of all sizes, including Entrepreneurs, by putting the right contracts and policies in place.

Prior to starting her own practice, Ms. Flynn worked for Krutcik & Georggin, a boutique employment law firm from 2002 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, she litigated for two law firms, gaining extensive legal experience. Additionally, Ms. Flynn obtained her California Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 2007 and subsequently obtained her California Broker’s License.

Ms. Flynn has been selected as a Super Lawyer every year since 2017 for distinguishing herself in the practice of law. She has also been recognized as a Pasadena Top Attorney. Ms. Flynn sits on the board of the EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization) Los Angeles Chapter as membership chair and runs an EO Accelerator Group where she mentors entrepreneurs. Ms. Flynn is also a group leader in Provisors and leads the East Valley Lawyers Affinity Group. She is involved in YPO and has spoken for many organizations, including Vistage; the Entrepreneurs’ Organization; the Beverly Hills Bar Association; the Irvine Chamber of Commerce; the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce; the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce; the Orange County Bar Association; ProLaw Continuing Legal Education; Provisors; Clear Law Institute; and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).
