Christina McGonigle practices in the areas of trust and estate planning, special needs trusts, trust administration, conservatorships, litigation, and medi-cal applications and appeals. She is a certified elder law attorney, certified by the National Elder Law Foundation.
Ms. McGonigle is a managing partner at Hunsaker & McGonigle, LLP. She graduated, magna cum laude, from Western State University College of Law in 2005. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelors degree in Political Science, cum laude, from California State University, Long Beach.
Ms. McGonigle is a frequent presenter with CEB with such topics as conservatorships and attorney client relationships with older adults. She is also a co-author of “California Guide to Tax, Estate & Financial Planning for the Elderly,” LexisNexus, co-editor from 2011 to present.
