Brandy M Bartosh

Brandy Bartosh’s practice focuses on private client trusts and estates administration, with special attention to ultra high net worth wealth transfer; estate and trust administration; and preparation of estate and gift tax returns. She also handles real property and business transactions that include art collections. Ms. Bartosh also manages paralegals in the trusts and estates practice area with a focus on California.

Ms. Bartosh has credentialed undergraduate and graduate studies in the humanities, with a specialization in the history of art (19th century, Venetian cultural studies, and post-war/contemporary art). She now uses these fundamentals in administering estates with art collections and sales. She works with multiple third party advisors and family office on long term trust administrations and wealth transfer programs.

Ms. Bartosh has presented for CEB on California probate estates and on funding revocable trusts. She has also presented at California State Bar CLE meetings. Ms. Bartosh is also active with Bay Area Bar Associations and has published articles in the field of trust administration.
