CEB AALL Maui Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

This sweepstakes is open exclusively to attendees of the 2026 AALL National Conference who visit the CEB booth and participate in at least one live CEB demo experience during the course of the tradeshow, which runs July 18–21, 2026 in Cleveland, OH. Participants must be (a) 21 years of age or older as of July 18, 2026 and (b) U.S. citizens or legal U.S. residents. Void wherever prohibited by law.

Employees of CEB, Ignite Marketing LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

TO ENTER
Beginning 12:01 AM local conference time on July 18, 2026 through 11:59 PM local conference time on July 21, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”), eligible attendees must visit the CEB booth at the AALL tradeshow, participate in at least one live CEB demo experience, and allow their AALL badge to be scanned by a CEB representative in order to be entered.

Only one entry per person will be permitted regardless of the number of demos attended or badge scans completed.

Sponsor reserves the right to use a third party to administer and select the Sweepstakes winner. Decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or failed badge scans or entries.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE
The prize is not redeemable for cash and is subject to availability. No discounts, special promotions, or additional offers may be applied. Prize may not be transferred or assigned to another person. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner. Prize does not include personal-related expenses or travel-related expenses outside of what is specifically stated as included. Taxes, fees, transfers, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, parking, resort fees, and incidental expenses are not included unless specifically stated. Some blackout dates, including holidays and peak travel periods, may apply.

Prize must be booked by December 31, 2026 and all travel must be completed by December 31, 2027.

Prize is as follows:
One (1) winner will receive a travel credit with Vic’s Vacations Travel Agency (“Travel Agency”) to be used toward travel booked through the agency. The prize is valued at approximately $6,500 USD.

The featured advertised trip includes a five (5) night stay for two (2) people at a Ka’anapali Maui vacation property plus roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) people from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Maui (OGG). Final trip value is dependent upon travel dates, seasonality, and airfare pricing at time of booking.

Winner may elect to use the travel credit toward the featured Maui trip or apply the credit toward another travel experience booked through the Travel Agency. Any upgrades, extended stays, alternate airfare arrangements, additional travelers, or travel expenses exceeding the available credit are solely the responsibility of the winner.

No cash value, refunds, residual credits, or reimbursements will be provided for any unused portion of the travel credit. Prize is subject to all Travel Agency booking terms, supplier availability, and travel restrictions.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will occur on or before August 15, 2026.

Winner will be notified by email using the contact information associated with their AALL badge registration. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PUBLICITY & MARKETING
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, statements, image, and city/state for promotional and advertising purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

By entering, participants consent to receive future communications from Sponsor. Participants may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in Sponsor communications.

GENERAL TERMS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, failures, or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and any other documents required by Sponsor prior to prize fulfillment.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
