Teddy Snyder provides remote mediation services throughout California. Ms. Snyder was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1977, and California in 1991. She has litigated, tried, and mediated a complete range of cases, those that ultimately settled within small claims limits and multi-million dollar MDL cases. Ms. Snyder is an evaluative mediator and she likely help settle any case. Ms. Snyder has spoken about settlement, claims management, and law practice management at numerous sponsors' programs, including CEB, American Bar Association, American Corporate Counsel Association, Claims Litigation Management Alliance, Risk and Insurance Management Society, and many state/local Bar and claims organizations. She is the author of numerous publications including more than 100 published articles and 7 books, a few of which are “Personal Injury Case Evaluation: What’s My Case Worth?” (Publisher: Amazon), “Women Rainmakers' Best Marketing Tips” (Publisher: American Bar Association), and “The Lawyer's Marketing Journal” (Publisher: Attorney at Work). Ms. Snyder also writes the “Get to the Point” column for Attorney at Work.
