Stefanie S. Cutler

Stefanie Cutler focuses her practice on trust & estate litigation and post death administration. Additionally, she handles disputed conservatorship and guardianship matters. Ms. Cutler graduated law school from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University. She received two undergraduate degrees from the University of Southern California prior to being the managing partner at Ruttenberg Cutler Broomer, LLP. Ms. Cutler was an associate attorney and then senior council at Bloom and Ruttenberg. Ms. Cutler is the former chair of the trust and estate section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is also the past co-chair of the trust and estate section for the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Ms. Cutler is a contributor to the CEB practice guides and annual editor. She lectures across Southern California.
Sarah S. Broomer

Sarah Broomer's practice includes all aspects of complex conservatorship, fiduciary, trust and estate litigation, as well as the mediation of disputes. She also handles all aspects of estate planning, family succession planning, charitable giving and insurance trusts, as well as the handling of property tax and reassessment matters. Ms. Broomer received her BA in 2004 from University of California, Berkeley, in Political Science, where she was a recipient of the Arnold S. Nelson Scholarship for academic excellence in 2000 to 2004. She earned her J.D. in 2008 from Southwestern School of Law where she received the Southwestern School of Law Scholarship for 2005 to 2007. Ms. Broomer was also an Alternate Oralist in the Southwestern School of Law Annual Intramural Moot Court Competition in 2006. During law school, She served as law clerk to the Honorable Aviva K. Bobb, the Presiding Judge of the Probate Court. In addition, Ms. Broomer was also an extern in the Probate Department of County Counsel.
