Mitch Jackson is an experienced trial lawyer and private mediator. Not only was he named a 2009 Orange County Trial Lawyer of the Year, but also a 2013 California Litigation Lawyer of the Year. With over 70 trials and three decades of legal experience, Mr. Jackson brings a wealth of knowledge to the table as he helps clients navigate traditional civil litigation matters, as well as new issues in the digital dynamic landscape found at the crossroads of law, business, and technology. Whether it’s everyday civil disputes or AI, Web3, and metaverse related issues, he helps clients turn conflict into collaboration and helps clients find justice. Mr. Jackson graduated from the University of Arizona and Western State College of Law. He is a founding partner at Jackson and Wilson, Inc. (1986).
